Samruddhi Hospitality,
founded in February 2026 by Bharat Gaddamwar
with one simple but powerful belief — that every working woman who comes to Pune in pursuit of her dreams deserves more than just four walls and a roof.
What started as a deep passion for community building quickly became a mission. Bharat saw the challenges that women professionals face when relocating to a new city — unsafe accommodations, lack of support systems, and the loneliness of starting over somewhere new.
Samruddhi was his answer. A space designed not just as a place to sleep, but as a home where women feel safe, supported, and part of something bigger - a thriving community of like-minded professionals growing together.
